One look at the skin products shelf in your local supermarket will be enough to convince you that the market is flooded with anti stretch mark preparations. While most of these products come with lofty claims, few of them actually deliver on the promises made by their manufacturers. What is the Striaex Stretch Mark cream?

It is s topical preparation that is supposed to yield results after diligent application twice a day for a couple of weeks. Like the hordes of other products in the market that fall in the same category, Striaex stretch mark cream merely helps to improve the texture of the skin; however it does little to reduce the appearance of stretch marks

The manufacturer of Striaex merely mentions that their stretch mark cream contains a breakthrough chemical combination known as Strioxyl-10 which is made from ten active ingredients including yeast. Now, there are three problems with this statement. If the manufacturers believed that their discovery was so powerful, they would definitely patent it. However, there is no mention of any such thing on their website, forcing people to believe that these claims might be bogus. Also, the Striaex site does not have any information about the other 9 ingredients in their product. This means that if you suffer from allergies to certain chemicals or even natural products, the product may pose a serious health risk.

Finally, the manufacturer boasts that they have used yeast in Striaex that helps to reduce the appearance of stretch marks; however, no clinical trials have been conducted to prove the veracity of these findings.

What is the problem with the product?

Striaex Stretch Mark cream is simply like any other topical formulation in the market that helps to improve the skin texture marginally. Contrary to what the manufacturers would have you believe, the product in now way helps to eliminate the appearance of stretch marks nor does it prevent the occurrence of these blemishes in the future.

The only effect that you may experience is smooth skin and a slight improvement in the elasticity of the epidermis.

What is the problem with the manufacturer?

Although the Striaex stretch mark cream is not exemplary, the manufacturer's reputation is seriously tarnished with innumerable claims of fraud from clients who chose to avail their free trial.

The internet abounds in horror tales of how the credit card numbers of some consumers were taken under the false pretext that they would only be charged for the two jars of the stretch mark cream only if they were satisfied with the product. If the cream failed to yield the desired results, the clients could return it within 25 days and never be charged.

However, in reality, these unsuspecting clients were duped of their money, they credit cards were charged despite returning the product. Also, when the claims were disputed the company resorted to blatant threats from their legal department.
